LOST & FOUND
What ever in this life tears away our complacency, our tendency to cling to the temporal.....whatever it is....must be welcomed as an escort into what REALLY matters. This, is a gift. From the Hand of the Most High God. To realize that in a world where good and evil still co-exist, clash, struggle and wage war against one another.....that there is an Ultimate Kingdom, Whose One True God reigns forever more, and will reconcile all to Himself through His Son Jesus Christ, is to be brought to purposeful living.
Everything that comes, the good, the bad, the ugly, the beautiful, the temporal, the eternal.....He masterfully weaves into a plan for ultimate and eternal good to those who love Him, and are the called according to His purpose. To those who look to Him, inquire of Him, yield to Him and follow His Spirit's leading, He grants grace, peace, LIFE. Nothing is able to separate us from the Love of God which is in Christ Jesus. NOTHING. We get to choose to be with Him where He is, in every situation, every circumstance, every relationship, every season of this brief life. To be found in Him, most especially at His coming, is the goal of this life. To walk victoriously through whatever this life brings, His promise.
How can we not bring as many with us as possible? Knowing what we know?
Every sphere of life, every realm, every arena, every endeavor, has it's place in the grand scheme of things. Every culture, every ethnic group, every personality and gifting and bent has a specific value and importance. There is no realm, however great or small, that is beyond His scope and sequence. He is the Grand Author and Creator of all of life, in it's immeasurable and nearly boundless spheres of existence.
And what IS man, that He is mindful of us? But He IS.
Truly, the end of all things is this. To fear God and keep His commandments.....and His commandments are not grievous. Know Him, and His Son Jesus Christ, in Whom are found all the treasures of wisdom and righteousness! He came to seek and to save that which was lost.....but before it was ever lost, He prepared THE FINDING.
I once was lost. But now, in Christ, am FOUND.
All of human history can be boiled down to that. Even our favorite childhood game preaches His Gospel! Hide, and seek. Lost...and FOUND~
